How To Quit Smoking?



You may think that COPD, lung cancer, heart problems, etc. It has happened, what is the benefit of stop smoking? The main reason for stopping smoking is that it does not ruin the lungs or heart.

After leaving smoking and planning for survival, it is very important.

Smoking Exclusion Agreement:
The Smoking Exclusion Agreement will help you when you want to quit smoking completely. The agreement proves that you have a strong desire to quit smoking. Tell this to be signed by your family members and friends. Always be sure that 'someone believes you' that you can quit smoking.

Excluding Smoking Through Work:
It is not surprising, after leaving smoking, someone else coughs up and increases cough. This is because the lungs try to clean them after trying to stop smoking. You will be bad for a few days due to quit smoking. Maybe headaches, do not sleep, mood will irritate, irregularities in the closet.

পুরুষের অক্ষমতা (Male Disability):



পুরুষত্বহীনতা বা পুরুষের শারীরিক অক্ষমতা বা দুর্বলতা সমাজে প্রকট আকার ধারণ করেছে। (Impotence or impairment of man's impotence or weakness in the society has become prominent.)  এতে উঠতি বয়সের যুবকরা এতে হতাশ। (It is frustrating for young people of the emerging age. ) ফলে অভিভাবকরা বেশ দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্ত হয়ে পড়েছেন। (As a result the guardians have become very anxious.)
পুরুষত্বহীনতা (Impotence):এটি পুরুষের যৌনকার্যে অক্ষমতাকে বুঝায়।(It refers to man's inability to sex.)


শ্রেণীবিভাগ (Classification)  : পুরুষত্বহীনতাকে তিন ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়-(impotence can be divided into three categories-)
* ইরেকশন ফেইলিউর (Eurection Failure): পুরুষ লিঙ্গের উত্থানে ব্যর্থতা। (Failure to develop male sex.)
* পোনিট্রেশন ফেইলিউর (Ponetation failure) : লিঙ্গের যোনিদ্বার ছেদনে ব্যর্থতা। (Failure to cut vaginal vaginal sex.)
* প্রি-ম্যাচুর ইজাকুলেশন (Ejaculation of pre-match): সহবাসে দ্রুত বীর্য-স্খলন তথা স্থায়ীত্বের অভাব। (semen-slip and lack of permanence in sexual intercourse.)
কারণ (Reason):
: প্রধান কারণ হলো- (The main reason is-)
* বয়সের পার্থক্য (Age differences):
* পার্টনারকে অপছন্দ (Dislike discomfort): (দেহ-সৌষ্ঠব, ত্বক ও মুখশ্রী)(body, skin, and face)
* দুশ্চিন্তা (Anxiety),  টেনশন ও অবসাদ (tension and depression )
* ডায়াবেটিস (Diabetes)
* যৌনবাহিত রোগ (সিফিলিস, গনোরিয়া) Sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea)
* রক্তে সেক্স-হরমোনের ভারসাম্যহীনতা Blood-Hormonal imbalance in blood
* যৌনরোগ বা এইডস-ভীতি (Sexually transmitted diseases or AIDS-fear);
* নারীর ত্রুটিপূর্ণ যৌনাসন
* সেক্স-এডুকেশন এর অভাব। (Lack of sex-education.)


যুবকরা হাতুড়ে ডাক্তারের কাছে গিয়ে স্বেচ্ছায় বিভিন্ন হরমোন ইনজেকশন অথবা অকার্যকর ওষুধ সেবন করে। (Young people go to the doctor and try to take various hormone injections or ineffective medicines. )এটি মোটেই কাম্য নয়। (This is not good at all. ) এর পার্শ্ব-ক্রিয়ায় শেষ পর্যন্ত সত্যিকারভাবে পুরুষত্বহীনতার আশঙ্কা দেখা দেয়। (In the side-action of the end, there is a real danger of impotence. )যা থেকে পরবর্তীতে আরোগ্য লাভ করা অসম্ভব। (Which is impossible to cure afterwards. ) একজন অভিজ্ঞ যৌনবিশেষজ্ঞের পরামর্শ থেকে এ সমস্যার সমাধান সম্ভব। (It is possible to solve this problem by consulting an experienced sexologist.)
